ERIN RATCHFORD

LCSW, QMHP, ADHD-CCSP

Our lives are a collection of the stories of our experiences. As we tell our stories we decide what to include and what parts to keep hidden; we are the narrators. I am here to empower you to own your story and your experiences. When we find ourselves in circumstances we didn’t choose, we still have the power to control how we respond to what is happening. If you are looking for new ways to respond to your circumstances and to courageously explore your story, I am here to help you navigate your new path. Whatever your goals may be, I would be honored to walk with you as you build the life you desire.

I received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of South Dakota. I earned a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Counseling and Prevention from the University of South Dakota. I have experience working with children in foster care, children with incarcerated loved ones, and children struggling with behavior management in the classroom. I have worked with adults in both inpatient and outpatient addiction recovery programs and have helped developed curriculum for inpatient adolescent addiction services. I am passionate about exploring new ways to handle life’s circumstances when the old ways just don’t work anymore. My therapeutic style is a person-centered, integrated approach utilizing therapeutic techniques unique to each client’s goals.
