DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) teaches clients new skills to manage emotions and decrease conflict in relationships. It is an evidence-based treatment approach with proven effectiveness for a variety of clients. Mindfulness skills and other techniques are learned through this form of therapy.
CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICES
Utilize individual therapy to learn how substance use and addiction may be impacting your life. Become more aware of thoughts, emotions, trauma, environmental factors, etc. that may be triggering drinking, drug use, or other addictive patterns and behaviors. Explore stress management strategies, healthy coping skills, codependency, family dynamics, and gain accountability to not only make a change, but create a sustainable and enjoyable life in recovery.
TELEHEALTH & IN-PERSON SESSIONS
We offer both in-person and telehealth services so you can choose what works best for your life and schedule. Whether you choose one or the other or do a combination of both, you have options for more flexibility so distance, weather or illness are not obstacles in your care. We are able to offer virtual sessions to residents of South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska!
